Log in or create an account in the portal. New accounts cannot be created until our portal is open for the season, which requires at least one of our products to be actively on sale.

New Account:To create a new account, complete the account creation and household information page. You will then be brought to the product purchase page which means your account has been created. 4 Pass will not show to purchase until the date and time it is on sale. The account username, password and email address will be utilized to access the 4 Pass and manage usage.

Existing Account: Log In. Any active products previously purchased will be displayed. Click add product to be brought to the purchase screen as needed. 4 Pass will not show to purchase until the date and time it is on sale.

Using Customer Portal: The process the bearer and/or account manager completes—by logging into the portal, selecting a ski area and visit date to generate a single-use barcode—is a voucher reservation. The reserved voucher is redeemed for a lift ticket as instructed by destination ski area’s redemption requirements. These can be found under Participating Areas, Restricted Dates and Redemption Information or under the more information button for each area in the customer portal.

Pending ApprovalThere is an approval processing delay from between purchase and activation on all products, see How Do I Purchase for detailed information. Approval takes approximately 10 business days after purchase or gift card redemption (Processing M-F). Customers are welcome to check the approval status of a purchase by logging into their customer portal. The portal will state which products are pending and display any already approved.

The process the bearer and/or account manager completes—by logging into their portal, selecting a ski area and visit date to generate a single-use barcode—is a voucher reservation.

RESERVED VOUCHERS ARE REQUIRED TO REDEEM FOR A LIFT TICKET.  Each ski area's redemption requirements are outlined in Participating Ski Areas, Restricted Dates and Redemption Information on this page or under More Info in customer portal.

  • Ski Vermont 4 Pass allows the bearer to visit a participating ski area once (1), obtaining one (1) lift ticket by redeeming one of their four single-use, barcoded vouchers
  • Reserved vouchers in the Ski Vermont portal do not guarantee the bearer a lift ticket or lift ticket reservation privileges unless otherwise indicated by a ski area in their redemption Information.
  • Voucher reservations may only be made up to seven days (7) in advance, including day-of.
  • Voucher reservations are final and can not be changed by customer (procedure to request exception outlined under "Unable to Use Voucher" section of FAQ).
  • Ski areas will not issue a lift ticket if bearer fails to follow the ski area’s outlined voucher redemption requirements or has reached max capacity for the day.

How to Reserve Voucher to Redeem for Lift Ticket At Desired Area and For Desired Date:

1. Access customer portal: Prior to visiting a ski area log in to your portal account. The active 4 Pass will automatically load on the screen displaying the bearer's name. If you have multiple people/products on an account, the name displayed indicates the person who the voucher is being reserved for. To view a different 4 Pass, select it from the list below the large box. For bearers with two (2) 4 Passes in their name, you can use the Pass ID to determine which 4 Pass you are viewing. The other 4 pass will be listed below with same name but different Pass ID.

2. Choose ski area: Scroll/move down the page to find the desired ski area and click "More Info" prior to reserving a voucher to review ski area’s restricted dates and redemption requirements.

3. Reserve Voucher: To obtain a voucher, click "available for redemption" and chose the desired visit date. Click "reserve voucher." Once a voucher reservation is completed, it is marked as reserved in the portal and the ski area and date CANNOT be changed.

Dates may not be available for the following reasons:

  • It is outside the 7- day reservation window and not yet available.
  • It is one of the dates listed as restricted by the ski area and is not valid for use on this day.
  • It is a date that is outside that ski area's indicated regular operating schedule.
  • The ski area has listed this date with limited inventory that applies to 3rd party products like the 4 Pass, and they have reached that inventory limit for the day. Lift tickets may still be available for purchase, check directly with ski area.
  • The ski area has reached general max capacity for the day and notified Ski Vermont in time for us to close out the date to avoid anyone being turned away at the window.

Viewing Voucher:

Option 1: View a reserved voucher via customer portal. Log in, scroll down to destination ski area which will state voucher reservered and "click to view". The barcoded voucher will display on the screen.

Option 2: View reserved voucher via email. A copy of each reserved voucher is automatically emailed to the account manager. This email can be forwarded as needed, digitally presented or printed.

Redeeming for Lift Ticket:

Follow the destination ski areas redemption requirements, review prior to arriving as some areas require advance online lift ticket reservations using the barcoded voucher. Participating Ski Areas, Restricted Dates and Redemption Information for ski area details on this page or the More Info in customer portal.

All participating ski areas are listed below, along with their restricted dates and voucher redemption information.

4 Passes & vouchers are non-transferable once assigned and valid from a ski area’s Fall 2023 ski season opening date and ends on its final date of ski operations in Spring 2024.

Restricted Dates: When vouchers are not valid for use at that area. Ski areas may have limited inventory dates.

Vouchers: Barcoded vouchers are reserved in the Ski Vermont customer portal and are generated with bearer's name, the only person who can use the voucher.

Voucher Redemption: A reserved voucher is used to obtain a lift ticket to the ski area stated on the voucher. Ski areas will not generate a lift ticket if bearer fails to follow the ski area’s outlined voucher redemption requirements or has reached max capacity for the day. A reserved voucher in the customer portal does not guarantee the bearer any ticket or ticket reservation privileges unless otherwise stated in the destination ski area’s redemption process.

Ski area daily operating schedules may vary at the ski area's discretion. Prior to reserving a voucher in the customer portal, we advise that bearers check the destination ski area's website to ensure they are open and operating on the desired visit date. A date may still show as available in the portal for reservation if Ski Vermont has not received the closure information from a ski area.

Please contact Ski Vermont at support@passes.skivermont.com with your details PRIOR to the date the reservation is for, including 4 Pass bearer’s name, voucher number, destination ski area and date chosen. We can work with you to re-validate the voucher for future use at our discretion.

If you reserve a voucher and are turned away at the ski area due to max capacity for that chosen day when attempting to redeem, please email that same day stating that as the reason. We will confirm information with the ski area and re-validate the voucher for future use at our discretion.

If a voucher has already been used to complete an advanced online ticket reservation, re-validation will not be an option and you will be advised to discuss refund or date changes directly with ski area. Once a voucher is used to reserve a lift ticket in a ski area's POS ticketing system, that voucher is void and will no longer register as an active voucher which is why re-validation of the voucher by Ski Vermont is no longer an option. The re-validation in our system will not re-validate the voucher in a ski area's ticketing system.

For help or to ask additional questions about our pass products, contact support@passes.skivermont.com for assistance.

  • Purchaser’s Responsibility: Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that they, or any individual they have purchased on behalf of, are familiar with, and agree to abide by, the Terms and Conditions of use. There is a maximum purchase of two (2) 4 Passes per bearer per season.
  • Pass Misuse: Ski Vermont reserves the right to deactivate any 4 Pass, in its entirety and without refund, for the remainder of the 2023-2024 ski season or in perpetuity, if used in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  • 4 Pass Use: A “4 Pass” is comprised of four (4) individual ski vouchers, which are only valid for use by the approved bearer, the individual named on a 4 Pass. A 4 Pass is valid one (1) time at a participating ski area.  Bearers may obtain one (1) lift ticket to a participating ski area on chosen date by reserving and redeeming one of their four (4) single-use, barcoded vouchers. 4 Passes and 4 Pass vouchers are non-transferrable.
  • Voucher Reservation and Redemption: Voucher reservations can be made up to seven (7) days in advance, including day-of, based on ski area availability. 4 Passes are subject to restricted and limited inventory dates. If a ski area has limited inventory dates, once allocated inventory is reached, the date will no longer show as available in the portal and will be restricted from further 4 Pass use.  It is the bearer/account manager’s responsibility to review each ski area’s restricted dates and redemption requirements prior to reserving a voucher. A date may still show as available in the portal for reservation if Ski Vermont has not received max cap/closure information from a ski area.
  • Voucher Entitlement: A reserved voucher does not guarantee the bearer any ticket or ticket reservation privileges unless otherwise stated in the destination ski area’s redemption process. Participating ski areas are not obligated to redeem voucher if bearer fails to abide by a ski area’s redemption procedures or if the area has reached max capacity for the day.
  • Ticket Restrictions: Ski areas reserve the right to restrict or prohibit 4 Pass vouchers from being used in conjunction with other offers or by participants in special events or competitions of any kind.
  • Additional Charges: Lift tickets obtained using a 4 Pass voucher may be subject to additional charges depending on ski area’s ticketing technology. Vouchers are considered equivalent to single day lift tickets.
  • Refunds/Exchange: All sales are final. 4 Passes are non-transferable and valid from a ski area’s  Fall 2023 ski season opening date and ends on its final date of ski operations in Spring 2024. 4 Passes are not eligible for cash refund under any circumstances and cannot be carried over or exchanged for use the following season.
  • Ski Area Terms: Ski areas reserve the right to change and update terms as they deem necessary.

Cost: $194 + tax per 4 Pass. VT/US residency not required.

Includes: Four (4) vouchers to be redeemed for lift tickets at four (4) different participating ski areas by the assigned bearer (passholder, the person named on 4 Pass) only.

Overview of Usage Conditions: See full details under Terms and Conditions in FAQ's below.

  • Vouchers are subject to restricted/limited inventory dates and redemption requirements as indicated by each participating ski area. Review these prior to purchase under Participating Ski Areas FAQ.
  • Approved 4 Passes are valid for use through the 2023-24 season. A ski area’s season begins on its opening day in Fall 2023 and ends on its final day of operation in Spring of 2024.
  • Bearers can not visit the same ski area more than once (1 time) using a 4 Pass.
  • 4 Passes and vouchers cannot be shared or used by anyone else than person named on pass and are NOT transferable to another person or season.
  • The max number of 4 Passes per bearer (the person named on the pass) is two (2). This limit pertains to the number of 4 Passes assigned to the same person, not a customer/purchaser's quantity limit.  If our purchase portal flags an assigned 4 Pass as exceeding this limit, we will delay approval and contact the customer to determine the best course of action, either keeping the purchase but changing the bearer's name or cancelling with refund.

Ski Vermont 4 Passes are sold and then managed by a customer through Ski Vermont’s Online Pass Portal. Regular access to the portal is required to use. No physical product will be mailedAll sales are final.

  • All purchases and gift redemptions are subject to approval. Approval can take up to 10 business days (M-F).
  • Customers have two (2) different purchase options, outlined below. Review options PRIOR to purchase. Passes cannot be moved to or managed from another account once assigned to an account.

Step 1. Create an account in the portal. This step can be completed prior to sale if desired.

New Account: To create a new account, complete the account creation and household information page. You will then be brought to the product purchase page which means your account has been created. The account username, password and email address will be utilized to access the 4 Pass and manage usage.

Existing Account: Access Log in Page Here

Due to expected demand, all customers who attempt to access their account or create an account from 10AM –11:59AM on Oct, 18 2023 EST will automatically be placed in a virtual waiting room until 12PM (noon) that day.

At 12:00 PM ET all customers in the Waiting Room will be randomly ordered in a Virtual Line. Customers logging in after 12:00PM (noon) will be placed at the end of the same virtual line. Your wait time may be as long as 30 minutes after the 4 Pass goes on sale.

  • Your browser will automatically redirect to the Ski Vermont Pass Prodcut Page when it’s your turn to purchase. At that time you will have the opportunity to log in to an existing account or create a new one to purchase 4 Pass or Passport Products.
  • 4 Pass availability is NOT GUARANTEED when you reach the Pass Product Page as other customers are also purchasing. If a partial quantity is available, you will have the option to accept and proceed with purchase or cancel, which will release those passes back to the public.  On-screen alerts will prompt you to attempt adding inventory as items are released from carts if all reserved.
  • 4 Passes are only reserved once they are placed in the customer shopping cart. You’ll have 12 minutes to complete your purchase once 4 Passes have been added to your cart. If you don’t complete your purchase within 12 minutes, your 4 Passes will be released for other customers to purchase.

Step 2. On the pass product page, choose Ski Vermont 4 Pass Product, choose your purchase option (see option info below) and choose quantity from the dropdown next to the desired option. Each option is limited to six per order however purchasers can combine the two options for a max of twelve 4 Passes per order.

Customers can purchase in a combination of two options below. You can not add someone to an account, but purchasers can buy 4 Passes for another person/people under the household option #1 which will add their assigned product to that purchaser's account. Customers are able to purchase both Option 1 and Option 2 in the same order.

Option 1. Purchase 4 Passes for yourself and/or household

This option is best if purchasing for just yourself or family/friends who plan on using the 4 Pass together and/or may not have the ability to manage their own 4 Pass usage online

  • As the account manager, you would be responsible for managing usage for any 4 Pass purchased under this account for each bearer (either just for self and/or others).  4 Passes purchased under this option will remain on the purchaser's account and can not be transferred to another account.
  • All 4 Passes must be assigned and require purchaser to input the name & date of birth for all pass bearers to complete purchase. Please use suffix to avoid confusion if purchasing more than one pass with similar names (SR, JR, II...).

Option 2. Purchase the 4 Pass as a gift!

This option is best if the recipient needs to manage their own usage, if pass is intended as a gift or unsure who bearer will be, as it can be assigned at a later date under either a new or existing account.

  • Pass bearer/recipient information is not needed at the time of purchase. Upon purchase, an email with redemption gift code and information on how to use it is sent to purchaser to present to recipient.
  • The recipient will use the code to redeem their gifted 4 Pass on purchase page (even after sold out) and be responsible for creating their own account and managing usage.

Step 3. Assign and Review Cart

For Household/Self purchases: First complete the required information for each pass bearer that you requested during the quantity section. Each 4 Pass is a separate product and will require this information to be inputted for each pass.

Review Cart: During the final cart review, update any 4 Pass bearer information as needed or remove unwanted 4 passes from your cart BEFORE payment step.

  • To remove an assigned pass or edit information, click "edit" to change or "Cancel this Pass" on bearer information page under "Submit Passholder Information".

Step 4. Complete Purchase

  • Payment credit card box is set to auto advance once card information provided, if view is distorted on mobile, flip phone horizontal to proceed.
  • Customers must agree to terms & conditions and all sales are final before payment will be accepted.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation of purchase once the application process is complete.  A separate email confirmation will be sent for each 4 Pass gift purchased with the redemption gift code and information to provide to the gift recipient.

Approval Process:

1. Ski Vermont reviews each purchase to verify that it meets the approval requirements (not exceeding the max of two passes per passholder limit). 4 Pass gift purchases are automatically approved but will be subject to redemption approval.

  • This approval takes up to 10 business days after purchase or gift card redemption (processing M-F)
  • As needed, Ski Vermont will send a email to the bearer/account manager outlining any issues that may be delaying approval and will hold that Pass as pending until information is received.

2. Once approved, an email for each 4 Pass purchased for your household will be sent. Gift receipents will receive their approval email once they have completed redemption steps and request is reviewed.

Customers are welcome to check the approval status of a purchase by logging into their customer portal. The portal will state which products are pending and display any already approved.
