Board the Grey Goose snowcat at Jackson Gore and embark on a star-lit ride to epic Restaurant in Solitude Village, where you'll be treated to a five-course meal fireside that is sure to please.

Siena is a touch of Tuscany, located right here at the Jackson Gore Inn, just above the Roundhouse. While you dine, you will enjoy our full-view kitchen, surrounded by vistas of Siena, Italy and the beautiful Italian countryside. For dinner, you will enjoy our chef’s version of classic Italian dishes in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. Dinner options include chicken piccata, prime rib, ravioli, short ribs, artisan breads and more. Lunches at Siena are perfect for a day spent on the slopes, including stone-baked pizza, pastas, salads, chicken, meatball & eggplant parmesan subs and appetizers. Join us for apres-ski! Every Saturday, and daily during holiday periods, from 2:30 to 5:30 pm, enjoy live entertainment, our big screen tv and a cozy fireplace. Located inside the Clock Tower base lodge, The Sitting Bull is a full-service restaurant and bar, featuring panini sandwiches, salads, daily specials and our famous Macho Nachos. A great place for apres ski and live entertainment.

Located inside the lodge at the Jackson Gore base area, the Roundhouse is a slopeside food court with a specialty grill station and home to a variety of quick, healthy options all with a unique personality.

Okemo Executive Sous Chef Jason Tostrup is the mastermind behind the introduction of Zen Den Sushi in the Roundhouse this winter. He developed a passion for sushi and sashimi as a result of his friendship with Nobu Matsuhisa and Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto when he worked as a chef in Aspen, Colo. “Sushi is going to be a big hit at Okemo,” said Chef Jason. “We will be celebrating umami while offering our guests another healthy, nutritious, clean way to have lunch when they are enjoying a day in the outdoors.” Chef Jason is hiring certified sushi chefs and sourcing fish from one of the best seafood companies in the country, Honolulu Fish Company. Okemo’s commitment to bring the best quality sushi and sashimi to its guests includes participating in the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch program to offer only seafood that is caught or farmed in ways that don't harm the environment. In addition to sushi and sashimi, the bar will serve miso soup and Japanese salads.

Located inside the Colock Tower Base Lodge, Base68 features hearty breakfasts to get you going before you head out to the slopes, all of your lunch favorites.

Located near the base of the Northstar Express quad chairlift, the Sugarhouse Lodge Cafe specializes in Vermont specialty foods, soups and made-to-order salads and snacks.

Located high atop the summit near the Northstar Express, take off those skis and boards and come on in! Enjoy the views and some Vermont country cooking, including a potato bar and a carving station featuring hand carved prime rib and turkey with all the fixings.
