Our artfully crafted cuisine is always changing. Our Restaurant and Tavern offer panoramic views of the Green Mountains and Chittenden Reservoir. With 12 Craft Brews on Tap, and a rotating cocktail list, you’ll always find something to enjoy. Our Summer and Fall seasons also offer the chance to enjoy outdoor seating on our Terrace.

Activities

We offer year-round activities, for any age. In the winter, we offer XC Skiing, Snowshoeing, Sleigh Rides, and Ice Skating. In Late Spring, Summer, and Fall, we offer Horseback Riding, Boating, and Clay Bird Lessons. Guests also get access to our Private Beach, Pool, Tennis and Volleyball Course, Lawn Games, and more! Our Hiking/XC Skiing Trails over 60 km of varying difficulties, that take you up and around the property.

Spa & Health

Partnering with Blush Vermont, our Spa + Salon over you the chance to elevate your vacation. Our Fitness Center is also open daily, as well as our Hot Tub and Pool (weather permitting).
