The ski industry in Vermont directly and indirectly creates more than 35,000 jobs annually. From part-time seasonal gigs to full-time careers, thousands of people have parlayed their passion, interest and expertise in the mountains, outdoors, skiing and snowboarding into jobs they love. Many have climbed the ladder at Vermont ski areas to pursue fulfilling careers within the industry. Whether your preferred workspace includes a roof or not, helping people enjoy the outdoor mountain environment is not only fulfilling but also comes with great perks such as free skiing and riding.

Vermont ski areas are always on the lookout for qualified applicants to fill the many positions required to deliver the high-quality, unique mountain experiences for which the Green Mountain State is known.
